Review on 🚀 Enhance Performance with AIR LIFT 22007 Replacement Hose Kit by Kyle Whitehead

AIR LIFTING normally make good riser kits and air springs. Basically, I think I've been lucky with their products. Likewise, I've received really good customer service for items that aren't quite up to par. UNPACKING: This kit comes in a double plastic bag with the different parts you see in the picture. However, Revain packs the bag in a fairly large box. It looked like an overkill package. OVERVIEW: All included equipment is of good quality. T, brass nozzles, o-rings and various clamps are great. However, the hose does not appear to be original to your Air Lift hoses that came with your lift kit. The hose is much softer. While this allows for easier flexing of various undercarriage components, I find it doesn't stand up to the way the old hoses worked. I used a replacement kit to repair a hole that burned through one of the supply lines to the airbag. However, after moving the replacement hose from the air bag to the air vent, I noticed that 1) the replacement hose was sagging (due to softness) and 2) it was not maintaining constant air pressure for some reason. The sagging made me nervous, especially since the hose could fall next to the muffler pipes after installation. I didn't want a breakdown. So a week later I disconnected everything, put the old hose back on after cutting off the ends for installation and cut a hole. I then went to Lowe and took a brass male hose fitting (like the plastic tee that comes with this no tee kit) from the plumbing section and inserted it between the two cut pieces of hose. No problems for 2 months - repaired like new! GENERAL: If you don't mind the softness of the new hose and maintaining air pressure, feel free to take it. That didn't work for me. However, Lowe's $2 solution saved my old Air Lift kit. So if all else fails, feel free to try this option. Set 22007 is not recommended.
