After a week of trying to connect to the network I finally give up and fill in the back but my friend who helped me suggested Connecting to the network with his Apple phone, it was like magic, right in that moment, and it worked like magic! During this week I've been on every available forum, none of them offer any solutions that suit me, so now I have an old iPhone just in case it turns off and I'm using my Note20 to keep the camera in the Application to see also my woman's s20 receives the feed from the app as well as alerts. The conclusion so far in 3 days is so good if you have an android phone and don't have a friend with an iphone DO NOT BUY IT.
