I actually bought an amazing brass grinder in Istanbul about 10 years ago so I was hoping for the same; Unfortunately, while the design of the mill was similar, the quality of this one was low, the sliding lid you filled the mill through opened up when you turned the grind knob, pouring out the granulated salt. Tip: If you see a brass grinder abroad, go get it.
