i ordered these gloves from medium but they seem to be a bit big. I was about to come to terms with the fact that they are too big and wear them like this, but then I got an email from the company asking if I was really happy with my product and my order. I was skeptical that it would make a difference. or that if I told someone I would just be stuck in a lengthy return process but I decided to send a quick message saying I need a smaller size. With no hesitation or questions, they refunded me $14.95 and told me I didn't need to return the gloves! I gave this large pair to my husband (he loves them) and used the refund money to order a small pair. The little gloves arrived within 48 hours (regular NJ delivery) and I am very satisfied. Thanks for the great gloves and the really great customer service! :)
