Great trenchcoat style for $13 but will need altered.

Great dress for the price. The tie belt is ok but I replaced it with a longer one for a nicer tie. The flair isn't from the waist, but the hip, so I'll take it up. Buttons are functional. The V-neck is a bit deep so I removed the sleeve buttons and added it to the neck.All said great classic base for $13.I'm 5'4", 40dd, 18petite
