used computer without power supply - update

update - second computer came with power supply and normal installation of Kingdel Windows 10. This computer is very fast and works great! My first computer arrived without a power supply in the box. I have four other Kingdel computers so I used an equivalent power supply to boot the computer and found that the previous owner had set up a password protected user profile. So I couldn't log into the computer to see if it worked. This computer is used and not new. My four other Kingdel computers worked great with no issues. Kingdel, you really missed that. Replacement of the computer as part of the order.
