I bought this device to use as image storage for a large format scanner. I can't say enough good things. The computer is very well made, very fast and the images appear on the screen in a short time. The device can get a little warm during resource-intensive tasks, but that's okay. Kingdel's support is very good - I had a few questions I directed to tech support and they responded within a few days with helpful answers. I am very satisfied and would recommend this machine.

update - second computer came with power supply and normal installation of Kingdel Windows 10. This computer is very fast and works great! My first computer arrived without a power supply in the box. I have four other Kingdel computers so I used an equivalent power supply to boot the computer and found that the previous owner had set up a password protected user profile. Kingdel SSD computer is surprisingly fast. As a fan of Windows 7, I wasn't thrilled to learn 10. Tiny. Has many USB 7 ports to be exact. Love it.

Kingdel has exceeded my expectations in both product and customer service. I only wish that all companies were so conscientious about their products and services. Especially when they are sold at great prices.

I received very helpful assistance with setting up my mini computer and after finding out which ports are best for my mouse, connectors etc. It works as I do and expected! I was a little frustrated by the lack of WiFi 5 capability and it does get a little warm with extended periods of use, but I felt it should. It allows me to work without lags, which is why I got it. Editing my videos is now much easier and saves me a lot of time!

I loved this little PC because it is fanless and will be a great machine for streaming and other tasks where loud fans can be annoying , but who knows where, the first thing I always do with PCs from unknown locations is wipe and restore/reinstall Windows. Was able to set up and use this computer with no problems. It seems to get a bit warm but I use it in a dirty environment and it seems to work fine.
