not my favorite buy - not very trustworthy
The "instructions" on how to "calibrate" this thing are dubious at best. I found I was still sticking to my old-fashioned meat temp gauges for safety reasons. I don't really trust that. The calibration process wasn't very accurate. When I use it now, I always get different temperature readings. I'll probably leave that and keep trying, just out of curiosity. but you know what they say - there ain't no school like the old school.
