The dashboard lets you see everything at one place, it also has many modules which can be configured as per your need so that all information comes together under single roof for easy monitoring process. I have faced few bugs while using this tool but they are resolved very quickly by their support team without any delay. Nothing specific found from my side about its useability or features but overall good experience with them. If you want proper GRC solution then go ahead otherwise keep looking else there might be better options available out-side complinuity. We needed an effective way to collect data related to our clients' business activities, we were able to do exactly what we wanted through this product because of customization option provided.
