This works great on my 1998 Toyota Tacoma. Connects to the rear CD changer input and gives you an AUX input and a USB port which allows you to charge your phone (very slowly) and play MP3s from a USB stick via the CD controls. Everything works great. There are two slightly annoying features. Firstly, the AUX input only works if no flash drive is connected to it. That means you can't keep a drive full of music plugged in all the time and still use AUX. It's pretty minor, but a little annoying. Another annoyance is that the AUX input is much quieter than an MP3 and slightly quieter than a radio, requiring volume adjustments when changing sources.
