While they are more expensive than other options, the lids in particular make them worth the price. The set includes 2 bowls, 1 that is a bright lime green and 1 that is a bright sky blue, and each has an opaque lid. Inside each bowl are small marks that indicate volume, up to 10 ounces, if you are concerned about the volume of food you're providing to your kiddo. The bowls are high quality in their construction, with surprisingly thick sides compared to other brands. Each bowl has a suction pad on the bottom to help it stick to a table or high chair, and the suction works well, although better with non-textured surfaces. The bowls have held up very well to multiple runs through the dishwasher, with no discoloration or other signs of wear.But the best thing about these bowls is that they come with a set of quite durable and well-fitting lids. The opaqueness of the lids means you can get a sense for what is inside without opening them. The lids fit on extremely well--in fact, well enough that you can hold the bowl upside down and nothing falls out! This is really useful if you're using them for something like a stroller walk, where you want something easy for the kiddo to eat out of when the time comes, but also something that isn't going to spill everywhere if it gets jostled along the way.
