I have been competing in triathlon since 1985 and have used all types and brands of wetsuits. This wetsuit is by far the best I have ever used. Materials are similar to wetsuits priced at $700 and up. The materials on the sleeves are very flexible and do not restrict the movement of the arms and shoulders at all. The bottom of the legs are also made from a flexible material which makes it easier to get out of the wetsuit (this has been a problem for me with other wetsuits). The buoyancy is perfect and puts your body in the perfect position. The sizing was perfect (also an issue with other wetsuits). I'm 5'11" and 185 pounds. I ordered size M3 and it fits perfectly.
