Review on K&L Gates by Tony Conlon

I appreciate that the attorneys are very responsive to our needs and concerns. They really know the industry they serve and it shows in their work. The staff is great! I have never had a problem with the service or billing. It's been a long relationship but we've always gotten along well. We're solving a lot of complex business issues. We're also working with other firms on some of these issues too. The speed and efficiency of the process and the attention of the people in the department. Nothing yet. I think the process is slow and the people in the department are very efficient. I would like to see more people hired. The process is slow, and it takes a very long time to resolve issues. We have an old system, and the process is slow. The whole point is to get a resolution and move on.
