Disappointing USB Hub Performance

As a loyal customer I was excited to try this USB hub for my computers. HOWEVER, as a result of using this product, I found that it did not live up to my expectations. The connection was unstable and it often caused my devices to disconnect unexpectedly .The only positive aspect of this hub was its sleek design. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable USB hub..

Cons

The aluminum exterior is susceptible to scratches and dents, which can affect its appearance over time.
