Review on Umbra Sticks Multi Hook Coat by Danny Badasz

Can't believe we've never had a shelf for our apartment until now! This stand is amazing and incredibly easy to set up, I'm so glad we chose this one. It only took my friend about 15 minutes to install the stand on the wall. Its only complaint is that the brackets on the back of the rack are not properly centered. He punched holes in our wall based on the template that came with it, but since the brackets weren't centered, the post ended up out of the way compared to what we expected. Regardless, the process was still easy and it's a barely noticeable problem. The color and modern design also blends in perfectly with the rest of our apartment. The molding looks really nice, but it's hollow and the hooks are definitely not as strong as metal hooks. It holds my 2lb peacoat with no problem, but I would be concerned about hanging anything heavier than a peacoat on one of these hooks. I think it's cool that you can flip and hide the hooks, although I feel like doing this too often shortens the life of the hooks even more. I bought this shelf to hang scarves, keys and our coats and don't expect this bracket to hold anything heavier so I would say for the price this shelf was worth it.
