We have long sisal scratchers on some of our doorknobs and recently our favorite cat scratcher got dusty. I chose it as a backup and was afraid they wouldn't like it as it's a lot smaller than the long strips they're used to. I didn't have to worry. One of the cats loves to walk behind her, cling to her and swing around, not just scratch her, so I'm hoping the somewhat flimsy rope handle can handle that. If not, I can easily fix it with more rope. All six cats take turns scratching him and he's obviously big enough for them. I'm glad I have it and so are the cats!
