I really like this nose ring. In the photo - for the left nostril. (If you wish, the right side of the corkscrew should rotate to the left side of the piercing). I bought a 0.03 diamond. I would recommend not resizing the diamond (it will be half the size I am wearing in the photo) as many bad reviews say the smaller diamond is tiny and I have a small nose. Insertion was easy and the corkscrew is shorter than my other nose ring. It has a spot on one of the needles that gets caught in the fabric and I accidentally pulled it halfway out. Hopefully that won't be a problem and the diamond won't fall out if the pin breaks off. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to add a touch of class to any outfit.
