High quality, cleanliness, simplicity and great looks. These Boston shakers are fun too. Don't let them get too cold as they are difficult to separate, but this will only delay drinking by a few minutes. I've found that either a jet of hot water over the bottom shaker heats it up fast enough to break the seal, or using a towel folded multiple times, hanging from the edge of the counter and tapping it with the shaker helps even if you don't use it can be disconnected to check against the manufacturer's instructions.
