Review on 🖥️ High-Speed USB 3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter - Compatible with Windows 10, 8.1, 7, XP, Linux, Chrome OS by Roman Palmer

I bought this for use with Nintendo Switch. It works when plugged into the USB 3.0 port on the back of the docking station. Better value than the official $30 HORI, which likely uses the same controller chip as this one. The cable is long enough to hang on the back or side of the dock (length included). If you are using LAN on the switch, the cable icon will appear in the top right corner of the main screen. When I undock it, it automatically connects to the last known Wi-Fi network, and does so very quickly (but not instantly). I wouldn't recommend undocking from a wired LAN connection while playing games like Splatoon 2 or Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, but I suspect it's safe to reset the device when downloading from an online store or without using the internet. I haven't played online games with this adapter, so I don't know how the Switch handles that, but it recognizes and uses the wired connection from the dock.
