Review on 🌬️ Gocheer 3.5L Cool Mist Humidifier: Whisper Quiet, Filter Free, Adjustable Mist Output for Bedroom, Baby Room and Home by Elle Foster

The first one was broken, nothing happened. no steam, no fog. Unsuccessful. I sent it back and since the other reviews were so good I gave it another try and am glad I did. The second works great and does what it promises. It's quiet and has a large tank that's easy to fill. The customer service team noticed that my first review was bad and did everything they could to make me a happy customer. They were so kind that I want to improve my rating: the machine that didn't work was a "1" and the second one I got was a "5". It's probably rare to get one that doesn't work, but this wasn't a hard comeback and the new block is good. This is a good product and good customer service.
