Review on 🐦 Tall Bird Cage - Blue Ribbon Heavy Gauge by Mallory Roberts

I believe the cage was as described. It looks just like the picture and was easy to put together so it's perfectly fine for that. Easy to assemble, nothing complicated. However, I chose this cage because it had "heavy birdcage" written on it. I don't know what they use as a reference, but there is no thick wire in this cage. Its wire is the same as any birdcage - thin and easy to bend. Of course I'm not trying to keep macaws or anything really strong in this cage, but if I see a "heavy size" I expect it to be a heavier wire birdcage. No, it's thin wire, and those two perches that should fit the cage perfectly actually require you to stretch the cage because they're actually too big for the cage. All in all I think if you're just looking for a bird cage then it's fine. The only reason I wanted to pay $50 for one was because I thought it was, well, fatter, as they say. I could buy a birdcage of this size and caliber in the store for about $20 less. It frustrates me that I wasted my time and extra money online for something I don't think is worth $50. If it was harder then yes, but now no. Nice cage, maybe not a bad cage if you don't care, but "heavy caliber" is a misrepresentation.
