The only minus of the installation is the instructions. Very bad, with small drawings. It is very easy to install. Special features: 2 stage lamps are very bright and sufficient for cooking. The three speed fan is really good. Barely audible at level 1. Level 2 is still not very loud. Level 3 Noticeable but not too loud. Definitely no louder than a microwave fan! But it works a thousand times better. Watch the video to know the suction and noise levels, as well as the lighting. (We're remodeling the kitchen.) Let's not forget the touch buttons. Quiet operation, just what I wanted. No loud buttons or switches! Simply soft, touch-sensitive action. We recommend!
