I have a Redragon K596 Vishnu 87 TKL/87% wireless keyboard and ordered Malibu keycaps for it. They appear charming and look absolutely stunning. I was so excited to wear them and even more so at the end result! It also has some ISO keycaps, so if you have that setup it should work. Although they technically have a tab, caps and shifter caps in the set, I kept the originals as I'm not used to the UK ISO layout. And this is where the shortage comes into play. The set is a kind of hybrid between the British ISO and the US ANSI layout. So if you're looking for a full UK ISO layout you won't be happy, and if you're used to a US layout (with Shift, Tabs and CapsLock keys printed as such, not arrows) the choice is yours to either keep the original keycaps or change them. It was an easy decision for me to just keep my originals the way I like them. The second picture shows all the extra keycaps (and the ones I don't plan on replacing) so you can see it's technically a 112 even though it's listed as a 104. Keycaps (although I think since they include ANSI and ISO versions, she can't list them as such). Given that HyperX pudding caps are more expensive and only come in black and white, I'd say it's worth it. I'm even thinking about getting a set for my husband as he loves my look! would recommend.
