Review on YakTrak by Flavio Iyer

I like the way it is simple and straightforward, it allows me to track everything I have done and how I am progressing with my clients. I don't find it has made any changes in my work practice, this is not something I would say I dislike. YakTrak has made me more efficient in my work practice. I can monitor the progress of my clients which in turn makes me more efficient in the way I do my work. The only thing is that I do have to click on it every time I want to check if it is working. I use it every day to manage my client's expectations. The best thing about this software is that it's very easy to use because all you need are your phone numbers or email addresses for each person in our organization so we can easily keep track with them as well! I wish there was an option where people could have their own profile pages instead of using one giant "Yak Traking" page but other than that everything works great!!
