Love it. I recently got myself a dehydrator and realized my mandolin is too small. I wanted a nicer one that could cut into larger items without taking up too much space. I tested this for about a week and I love it. I've included some photos of oranges I cut and dried with this mandolin. The protection is also much better on this one, which is good because I cut myself on my old one.
