This is the exact tooth profile for the 20" Walker Turner Table Lift (I believe some of the later Rockwell models too). The gearbox needs to be drilled and restored. I did this repair in 2014 and it has held up for almost 5 years now. Attached is a drawing I made. Requires a lathe or mill, an arbor press, and a broach for mod. The press fit should technically increase gear performance without those set screws, but I didn't take the risk. If anyone installs set screws, use a punch to make sure they never come out. It would probably cost more than a drill press if you paid someone to do it. But it's a really good drill.
