I LOVE THIS DRESS! Its breathable material is fantastic for a sweaty gal like me. With a belt, a ribbon, and a necklace, a little bit goes a long way. So effortless looking cute, and that's what I'm all about. I'm 5'3 and 125 lbs, and usually do a medium/ large. A large fit perfect. So maybe error on the side of caution and go up a size. Great price point. Would recommend!
