So here is my review, I bought this collar on September 12th, it arrived in 2 days and it was great! The colors and skin were all I was looking for. Today is September 30th and I am so disappointed that I made this purchase. That's why this collar was with my dog for 16 days, today is the 6th day after her surgery, so she couldn't do much in those 6 days. So in 10 days this collar is usually worn out. Now my dogs don't swim anymore and I also take their collars off when they swim. I just don't understand how this collar can look so worn like it's many years old. I bought a different brand leather collar for another dog about a year ago and it appears to be in perfect condition. I am so disappointed because the metal wears off some dark color from the skin and also wears off the gold. The leather is already tearing and the center part of the collar looks like I've sanded it down and the fibers are becoming wild and ruffled. The crazy thing is that I use a notched leash collar and this collar is only used as an accessory and to hold her ID tag. I had really high hopes for this brand but it looks like I was wrong. :(Update: The leather is horribly cracked after a month of use. Not sure if I got a cheap cheap collar that was defective or the quality has gone down. Will be returning. Not worth the $22! UPDATE FEBRUARY 2018: I know not which one is worse, product or customer service.They send you a link to Amazon to look up your return status and that takes you to a place where they don't offer any help.I bought their item in September 2017.It's FEB 2018 and I'm fed up with getting my money back, I'm also a major of member This is definitely one of the BEST SCAMs.
