I have read and studied the TINY PRINT instruction manual very carefully and set up the camera. The layered menu system can be a problem in the section where you customize your phone usage. I followed the instructions very carefully and set up the camera for use. Sometimes I got all four bars of signal strength, but the next day when the weather was bright and sunny I WOULD RECEIVE NO MOBILE SIGNAL AT ALL. WHAT? When he finally took the photos one day, there was no issue at all, no photos, no video. I checked all the settings again, everything looked fine, but still doesn't work. Installed two different sets of new batteries but still not working properly. So I finally gave in and called the dealer but after six calls I got no response. There wasn't even an option to leave a message. The only way to contact the seller is to write an email. It took me over 24 hours to get a response to the email and even then they wanted more information than the full information I sent them on camera settings and performance issues. I called Revain and they also tried to contact the dealer but NO RESPONSE to the 2 different phone numbers they had. I recommend NOT buying this camera. Great picture quality but very poor customer service and a VERY steep learning curve to get it working, if it works the way you want it to at all. recommended
