I just fitted this grip to my GMC truck. Everything went so smoothly and without any problems that I immediately ordered another one for my car. He even slipped under the steering wheel cover. All you need is a 13mm wrench. It's designed so you don't need two wrenches to tighten it. I have a 5,000 mile journey ahead of me and this will help me avoid the tendonitis I sometimes get from gripping the wheel. Update: The handlebars I installed on my car and pickup quickly became loose. The yoke's rubber seal is the main problem. I removed the rubber, replaced it with lots of spools of stiff plastic mesh (left over from the drywall work) and tightened it up. However, the clamp is oversized and both handlebars are soft, so I never get a very firm grip. I also like pens.
