The first thing I hate about it is that when you hit the cup the filter pops out because it just sits in there. Often big mess! Next is that the cup holds almost nothing and fills up FAST. Everything goes through the foam filter into the paper filter, so you have to constantly remove the foam filter and throw the paper filter in the trash. All in all it's just a piece of junk and we just threw it in the trash after owning it for a few months. We replaced it with a much better designed one. All in all I can tell you that we have tried many models of these nameless vacuum cleaners and they must all have been designed by a team of drunks because all the designs are terrible and each of them has no name. Vacuum cleaners - each of them has one major design flaw. This varies from vacuum to vacuum, but the bottom line is that it's better to use ANY well-known brand of handheld vacuum.
