I like that it's very easy to use, has an intuitive interface, and integrates with other platforms (such as Magento) pretty well. The support team could be more proactive in responding to issues or questions - they're not always available when you need them. This tool does what we needed at this time of our project perfectly! It takes some getting used to but once you get comfortable using it everything falls into place. We are able to do nearly anything from within CR without having to leave the site itself. It's easy to use, it's flexible enough to customize your own website design and it has an awesome support team available 24/7. The product itself could be improved by adding more templates that can be used as starting points (or even better - let people create their own!). We are using cloudrexx to build our eCommerce platform which allows us to sell products from various sources like Amazon or other marketplaces.
