I like that it's very easy to use, has an intuitive interface, and integrates with other platforms (such as Magento) pretty well. It has helped us with so many things to do, from website design through social media management, SEO optimization etc - there's really nothing I dislike about it! I like that it's easy to use, has everything you need in one place (easy management of products / categories), can be used with different payment gateways - PayPal & Stripe are supported out oof box so no additional plugins required!
