I bought mine in February and wear them 3-4 times a week for 3 hours of pickleball. It helped relieve my tennis elbow (among other treatments). I use it now as a preventive measure and it works. I have no problem with something breaking or the velcro stripping worn out. I don't know what these other reviewers are doing with theirs, or maybe they just got lemons. I'm buying a second one now just to have one to turn off. I tried another brand which was "gel" and it didn't work at all.
