DO NOT buy from this company. A complete waste of every dollar. History: I ordered my first suitcase. 5 months and a large gap of 5 feet later. Two short breaks. It would be cheaper to store it in a covered storage for the last 5 months. A complete waste, the stuff was awful. THEN. I emailed them about the cracks and they emailed me another one for free. Good customer service. Well, that's a front for a piece of crap product. This has since turned into a million tiny pieces of plastic flying through the air in my eyes and lungs, see photos and videos. So imagine you're on the roof of a trailer and you're already nervous that high up and BAM, you open the lid and plastic splinters fly in your face. Good. Not at all. I better hope I don't get cancer leader products.
