Review on 🎙️ Shure MVL Lavalier Microphone (Black): High-Quality Audio Recording Solution by Danielle Hartman

Purchased for Mevo recording. Mevo uses the iPhone (or Android) as the control device for recording. So you connect a microphone to your iPhone and this is how it all works. The sound that the Shure MVL produces is very natural. Studio quality sound. And it doesn't reverberate like my previous mic (see Rode mic comments below). Shure MVL is perfect for my needs. I'm so glad I bought this mic! I previously purchased a Rode smartLav+ microphone. The problem with Rode was the echo. I tried reducing the mic gain, reducing the echo, but the echo was still there. So I bought a Shure MVL microphone. The audio on the Shure MVL sounds more natural and the echo is ZERO (using the exact same setup as the Rode mic). Maybe I have a bum Rode, I don't know. Whatever the problem, the audio was unrecordable with the Mevo. Shure MVL won by a wide margin. It has found a place in my Shure video arsenal. ;-)
