I would give more than 5***** if I could and would have already ordered a second bag so I never go without a refill. I have a large 12 year old dog and although I cook liver, ground turkey, ground beef and rice for her, she is very picky about her food. She also had CCL surgery on both hind legs about 8 years ago and with her age she has difficulty walking and prefers one of her hind legs. I started adding half a tablespoon of bonemeal to her meals and now she devours it with gusto. My dog looks happier and enjoys walks again. In fact, it now rests entirely on its hind leg. Doesn't sound too harsh, but her bowel movements are also healthier. UPCO Bone Meal has a natural smell that reminds me of dried mushrooms. It doesn't offend me at all.
