Not as thick as advertised. The inner lining has a grippy texture that can help hold up in the wind. This is more than expected for my Gator RSX, I bought a double pannier. Got a strong wind up a hill and I'm pretty sure my light bars will rip curves like the previous cover I had. Only time will tell, giving it an average rating for now. Late release, the latch doesn't even engage to prevent the lid from blowing off. Luckily I used rubber bands for the 4 corner holes and walked under the car for extra wind protection so the thing doesn't get blown away. Will return.
