Not for formal wear, too much fuss to wear
I've been obsessed with this look for a few years since I stumbled across something like this while looking for a dress for my mom for her grooms on our son's wedding in 2019. Thought I'd try and find one for our anniversary photoshoot in the snow. I wanted to love him, but I just couldn't. It was easy to figure out how to put it on, but it doesn't rest on bare shoulders and arms, and it doesn't hang low enough to hide a skirt's sash. The material is very soft and it was big enough for me at 5ft 4in and 170lbs, the regular top size is XL. Maybe too big. But I also think the knit style wasn't elegant enough for the look I wanted. At least I tried! returned today.
