Attention danger of suffocation!

My almost 3 year old is obsessed with construction trucks. We love it, have to deal with the fact that a few minor parts (from the truck arm) broke off after the first week and that would definitely pose a choking hazard if you weren't careful. The batteries were also dead upon arrival. However, we love it!
