Black pair was bought first. I ordered according to the size chart and although maybe a bit big the 3XL in black fits well enough. I'll be 65 in two days and I haven't worn braces since my little league days. I recently had double surgery to remove a hernia and all the doctors said do it, it will help the healing process. I had severe swelling and ordered the largest size available. It worked well but due to the need to apply ointments to the area the bandage had to be washed almost every day so I ordered another one. They were from 3XL in black but gray was listed in the same size so I ordered them. I would be surprised if it was actually larger than XL, 2XL on the outside. Both the belt and the bag are too small. For me it is unusable but since I wore it most of the day I had to wash it. I knew it probably wouldn't be ready to come back after washing, and I don't think it is, so I didn't try. I'm just writing this to warn you tall folks to be wary of anything marked 3XL. It may or may not be this size. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the black bandage.
