More yellow than white, but cute still
It's lot more of a yellow straw than white. Very cute, still. Cannot remove the scarf as the brim and crown are 2 separate pieces and are sewn to it. I had to wet the hat down and reshape it when I received it. It came flattened in a package. It's drying over a bowl to give it's shape back.
