Terrible, had to buy my own gear just to assemble it. It's really solid now that I've assembled it, but the hardware issued just doesn't match the thing and you should be ready to get about 16 of your own nuts and lock washers. All in all, this was one of the most frustrating and difficult builds I've ever done, and I'm pretty good at all types of builds and repairs. As I said now that I have them they are really solid and work well so I'm giving them two stars but that's just a bad product experience. I paid for express delivery to be on time for the trip and it arrived on time but I couldn't pack it in time to deliver on the trip so we had to leave the kayaks behind.
