Can't tell which was before and which was after? That's because there's a very, very small difference. Above before, below after. (Same room, no windows, same lighting.) This applies if toothpaste/conditioner is used twice a day and strips are used for 7 consecutive days. Results IMMEDIATELY after you notice a difference, but not significant. I didn't have high hopes for this to begin with because you can't get real whitening without an actual whitening kit/strip. I will say that I had zero sensitivity to her and that impresses me greatly. Toothpaste contains XYLITOL, so while it's good for your teeth, it's NOT good for your pets! I doubt you'll let your furry friends in your toothpaste, but be extremely careful. I also don't like that this toothpaste doesn't contain fluoride, but I'm also a professional dentist and a big fan of fluoride. The toothbrush is amazing and you SHOULD use a soft brush anyway! The cleaning instructions are exact, my little hygiene heart was happy. Overall I think they would be good retouch strips before an event or photoshoot, but don't expect extravagant results.
