When I bought my Ender 3 earlier this year, I saw a review on YouTube that suggested this. They work great and produce great prints. Now that I'm used to printing with my 3D printer, I haven't had to change my tip in months. Some people elsewhere claim that the copper can chip over time, but I haven't had that problem at all. Definitely worth the price.
