Issues:- 1) One of the installation hole sizes (hole spacing) shown in the chart was incorrect. Shows 26", but actually 27". It just so happens that the old hood I removed was exactly the same with this new hood. Then it became easier for me to replace the old one. 2) Another problem I found was that the clock seems to be much faster than usual and its military time (24 hours). What I already knew before ordering this product after reading all the comments on its review page. Problem solved: I called technical support about an issue with the watch. Calvin, tech support answered me right away. He sent me a new replacement part and instructions. I finally had the opportunity to exchange the part a week after I had it. After installing the new part, I noticed that the clock was set for 12 o'clock instead of military time (24 hours). What I really wanted Then, after 1 day, I also noticed that the time is now running normally. * Everything is fine now and my wife is very happy about it because of the strong suction power plus hours!
