Perfect replacement for my Panasonic bathroom fan. Although the instructions are limited, it's quite simple. Two wires from one bulb go to blue, two from the other bulb to red, and one from each bulb to each yellow. Earth and hotter go to the back. If you cut the wires from the old ballast as short as possible, you can still attach them to the new ballast. I didn't bother with the night light.
