I like that it's easy for reps/customers to access through their phone or computer, very specific analytics, they can enter customer info themselves into PROMPTLY (which makes them more engaged). The cost of this product needs to be reduced so we don't have to make large changes before our next budget year! It would also help if there were additional fields available beyond just contacts where users could store other important data such as website links etc - not sure about future plans here but thought i'd mention anyway :) We are using predictive response primarily to create a better ROI from social media marketing campaigns by providing customers real-time insight into what actions will generate leads within 24 hours / 48 hour timeframe which helps us focus resources accordingly.
