I have 2 of these, one for the cage and one to clean and reuse. My bearded dragon LOVES this hammock. I shop online all day and am too lazy to rate anything. But it's the best I've ever bought. I agree that on the packaging the lizard gets better access to the heat from the heat lamp at the top of the cage. She's warming up more than ever. She would love it if I found a way to attach her food bowl to the hammock so she would never leave. Granted I hand feed her in a hammock so she is very spoiled. I feel like she sleeps better now because she feels safe at height. We love finding her unconscious every night with her legs dangling by her sides. I have a very happy bearded husband and I wish she had this hammock in her previous smaller pool. When I changed her clothes I realized that she was happier and her first step was to climb to the top of her new hammock. I followed the previous suggestion and cleaned the hammock by soaking it in vinegar and hot water for 15 minutes.
