They can not be used carefully on small diameter wheels as shown in some pictures of the bike; Bike tire on the frame is what I expected, or a water bottle on the frame. Can only be used on very large diameters as only the last 2.5" has hooks; any smaller diameter and there is only smooth plastic for hooks. On smaller diameters as shown in the pictures in the ad you will need the straps twist or wrap around the frame several times to use the length within 2.5" for fastening. I would give a zero rating but when you see it being used for its intended purpose it changes your mind; see what You think.
